Vancouver Airport Services has agreed to buy a majority stake in Doncaster Airport owner Peel Airports Limited.

The deal values Peel Airports Limited at £175 million and is for a 65 per cent majority stake in the group.

Vancouver Airport Services has a strong record of investing in and providing value-added management services for airports around the world.

The acquisition brings the number of airports in Vancouver Airport Services to 22, with others in the group including Montego Bay, Jamaica and Puerto Plata, Dominican Republic.
