Point A is located around Hangars 2 and 3.
From here you can view aircraft on the apron in front
of the hangars and also aircraft in the hangars.
However please be respectful of operations and do
not disturb the companies that operate from them.

Point B is located in the departure area of the
terminal and available to passengers only. From here
you can view aircraft on the apron in front of the
terminal and also taxiing aircraft. Close ups
of aircraft can be taken from the side of the terminal
by all visitors.

Points C, D and E offer overhead shots
of aircraft and approach shots when the 02 side of the
runway is being used. Head on shots can be taken of
departures from 20. Close up shots of aircraft can be
taken after they land on 20 and use the full length
of the runway to taxi. It is best to walk around to
this area from Old Bawtry Road.

Points F, G and H are located on Old Bawtry Road near to the 02 end of the runway. Good shots
can be achieved here of aircraft landing on the 02 side
of the runway and aircraft taking off from the 20 side.
There is parking space available in these areas for
vehicles.

Point I offers good views of aircraft
taking off and landing on both sides of the runway.
All aprons can be viewed clearly from this point. There
is also good parking space for vehicles in this area.

Point J is nearby
opposite the Blue Bell pub, DN9 3AL. Good shots can be gained
of aircraft on short finals for runway 20. Due to the
position of the sun, morning is the best time for shots.
